1. GENERAL INFORMATION
By entering River Flow Festival, all visitors agree to complywith these House Rules & Regulations. These rules are implementedto ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of all visitors, staff, volunteers,artists and local residents.
The organization reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individualwho does not comply with these regulations.
2. ACCESS & ENTRY
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket or approved accreditation.- Tickets may be scanned digitally through the official QR entry system.- Visitors may be required to show identification.- The organization reserves the right to refuse entry.- Re-entry is only allowed with a valid festival wristband.- Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.- Minors will receive a separate wristband for identification purposes.- Camping access is only permitted for visitors with a valid camping wristband
3. SECURITY & SAFETY
- All visitors must follow instructions from security staff, volunteers, first aid personnel, and festival organization.- Security checks may be preformed at the entrance.- Dangerous, illegal, or prohibited items may be confiscated.- Emergency exits and emergency routes must remain clear at all times.- Climbing on structures, fences, technical equipment, or restricted areas is prohibited.- Acces to backstage, technical zones and staff-only zones is prohibited without authorization.- Swimming or entering the river is strictly prohibited.- The organization may remove any person creating unsafe situations.
4. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited on the festival grounds:
- Weapons or objects that may be used as weapons.- Fireworks or explosives- Illegal substances- Dangerous glass objects- Laser pointers- Aggressive banners or discriminatory material- Unauthorized professional sound or lighting equipment- Unauthorized drones- Generators or unsafe electrical equipment
The organization reserves the right to prohibit additional itemsif considered necessary for safety.
5. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCES
- Alcohol service is subject to French law and local authorization.- Alcohol will not be served to minors.- Excessive alcohol abuse or dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.- The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is prohibited.- Visitors under the influence creating unsafe or disruptive situations may be removed from the site.
6. CAMPING REGULATIONS
- The campsite is reserved exclusively for the festival guests.- Camping access is controlled through wristband verification.- Camping opening hours: * 12/09/2026 from 11:00 * until 13/09/2026 13:00- Quiet and respectful behavior is required on the campsite.- No private sound systems or large uncontrolled gatherings are permitted.- Open fires are strictly prohibited.- Camping equipment must not block access roads or emergency routes.- Visitor are responsible for keeping their camping area clean
7. VEHICLES & PARKING
- Parking is only permitted in designated parking areas.- Emergency access roads must remain completely clear.- Vehicles parked dangerously or obstructing operations may be removed.- Camping vehicles must comply with staff instructions. - Visitors are responsible for securing their vehicles and belongings.
8. ENVIRONMENT & CLEANLINESS
- Visitors are expected to respect the natural environment.- Waste must be disposed of in the provided bins.- Damaging trees, nature, structures, or facilities is prohibited.- Toilets and sanitary facilities must be used respectfully.- The festival promotes a clean and family-friendly environment.
9. ACTIVITIES & SPORTS
- The Trickline & Activity Zone is supervised and organized by professionals.- Participation in professional sports activities may be restricted to approved participants.- Visitors must follow all instructions from activity staff.- Unsafe behavior during sports or activities is prohibited.- The Kids Activity Zone is intended for family-friendly supervised activities.
10. SOUND, PHOTO & MEDIA
- Amplified sound levels are managed in accordance with French regulations.- By entering the festival grounds, visitors acknowledge that photo and video recordings may take place.- The organization may use event images for promotional purposes.- Professional filming or photography for commercial uses requires prior approval.
11. LIABILITY
- Entry to the festival is at the visitor's own risk.- The organization is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.- Visitors are responsible for damage caused by their actions.- The organization reserves the right to modify the event program, access conditions, or operational measures when necessary.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Failure to comply with these regulations may result in refusal of entry or removal from the festival site without refund.- The organization reserves the right to take additional safety measures when required.- These House Rules & Regulations apply to all visitors, staff, volunteers, artists and partners present on-site.
