2. PURPOSE
These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (“CGV”) define the conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets, camping access, and participation in River Flow Festival.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the festival site, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these conditions without reservation.
3. EVENT INFORMATION
Event: River Flow Festival
Date: 12 September 2026
Location: Camping Saint Pal – Mostuéjouls, France
Festival Opening Hours: 11:00 – 23:00
Camping Opening Hours: 12/09/2026 11:00 until approximately 13/09/2026 13:00
The festival is an outdoor event and may involve sound, lighting, sports activities, and camping.
4. TICKETS & ACCES
4.1 Ticket Validity
Each ticket is valid for one entry unless otherwise stated.Tickets are only valid when purchased through official sales channels approved by the organization.The organization reserves the right to refuse invalid, duplicated, falsified, or unauthorized tickets.
4.2 Ticket Scanning & Wristbands
Access is controlled through a QR scanning system.After entry validation, visitors will receive an identification wristband.Different wristbands may be used for:
- Day visitors- Festival & camping guests- Minors- Volunteers- Artists- Staff or accredited personnel
Wristbands must remain attached and visible during the event.Lost or damaged wristbands may result in refusal of re-entry.
4.3 Minors
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The organization reserves the right to request identification when necessary.
Parents and legal guardians remain fully responsible for minors attending the festival.
5. CAMPING CONDITIONS
Camping access is exclusively reserved for festival guests with a valid camping wristband.The campsite is separate from the main festival area and operates under controlled access.Camping regulations:
- Respectful and quiet behavior is required- Open fires are prohibited- Emergency routes and access roads must remain clear- Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings and camping equipment- Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the campsite
The organization reserves the right to modify camping arrangements when required for safety or operational reasons.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are expressed in Euros (€).Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated.Payments are processed through approved payment providers.The organization reserves the right to modify ticket prices before purchase confirmation.
No refund will be issued after successful payment except in cases described in these CGV or mandatory legal obligations.
7. REFUND POLICY
7.1 Cancellation by Visitor
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Unused tickets, missed attendance, weather conditions, personal circumstances, transport issues, or removal due to rule violations do not qualify for refunds.
7.2 Cancellation or Modification by Organizer
The organization reserves the right to modify:
- Schedule- Line-up- Activities- Site layout- Operational measures
Such modifications do not automatically entitle visitors to refunds.In case of full cancellation by the organization before the event, refund procedures may be communicated through official channels.
7.3 Force Majeure
The organization cannot be held responsible for cancellations, interruptions, or restrictions caused by events outside reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Extreme weather- Natural disasters- Government restrictions- Public safety concerns- Health emergencies- Technical failures beyond control
Under force majeure conditions, refund obligations may be limited according to applicable law.
8. SECURITY & SAFETY
All visitors must comply with:
- Instructions from security staff
- Festival rules
- Safety measures
- Emergency procedures
The organization may conduct security checks at entrances.
Prohibited items may be confiscated.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Weapons
- Fireworks
- Illegal substances
- Dangerous objects
- Unauthorized drones
- Aggressive or discriminatory behavior
Emergency routes and emergency exits must remain accessible at all times.
Swimming or entering the river is prohibited.
The organization reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual creating unsafe situations.
9. ACTIVITIES & PARTICIPATION
Participation in sports activities, competitions, or physical activities is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
The organization may restrict participation for safety reasons.
Participants must follow all instructions from activity supervisors and staff.
Unsafe or reckless behavior may result in exclusion from activities or removal from the event.
10. FOOD & ALCOHOL
Alcohol sales are subject to French law and local authorization.
Alcohol will not be served to minors.
The organization reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to intoxicated individuals.
Visitors may not bring dangerous glass containers or prohibited substances onto the site.
11. IMAGE RIGHTS
By entering the festival grounds, visitors acknowledge that photographs and video recordings may be taken.The organization may use such recordings for:
- Communication- Promotion- Social media- Future editions of the festival
Professional photography, filming, or commercial recording requires prior written authorization.
12. LIABILITY
Visitors attend the festival at their own risk.The organization cannot be held liable for:
- Loss- Theft- Personal belongings- Indirect damages- Incidents caused by visitor negligence
Visitors remain responsible for damages caused by their actions.The organization reserves the right to adapt operational measures in the interest of public safety.
13. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected during ticket purchase or communication is processed in accordance with applicable European and French data protection regulations.
Data may be used for:
- Ticket management
- Event communication
- Customer support
- Legal obligations
Personal data will not be sold to third parties.
Visitors may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data according to applicable regulations.
14. APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION
These CGV are governed by French law.Any disputes relating to the interpretation or execution of these conditions shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
15. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these CGV is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully applicable.
The organization reserves the right to update these CGV at any time.
The latest official version published by the organization shall prevail.
